This rollback reverted all game data to the state as of January 26, 2024, at 09:47:10 UTC. We deeply regret the inconvenience and distress this has caused to our valued players. As part of our commitment to the community and in line with our SAFU promise, we have developed a comprehensive compensation plan to mitigate the impact of this incident. Please find the details of the plan below: 1️⃣.Refunds for CAKE Recruitment: Players who recruited using CAKE during the rollback period will receive a full refund. 2️⃣.Refunds for Guild Creation: Players who created guilds during the rollback period will receive a full refund. 3️⃣.Market Transactions: Players who engaged in market transactions and did not receive their items will receive a full refund. 4️⃣.Refunds for Quick AFK Purchases: Players who purchased the Quick AFK feature during the rollback period will receive a full refund. 5️⃣.Lifetime Card Purchases: Players who bought a Lifetime Card during the rollback period will have their card activated and receive an additional compensation of 1,600 Gold. 6️⃣.Logistics War Order Purchases: Players who purchased the Logistics War Order will have their order activated and receive 4 days' worth of War Order XP as compensation. 7️⃣.CAKE Staking: Players who staked CAKE during the rollback period will receive compensation equivalent to 72 hours of staking resources based on their staking level. 8️⃣.Game Store Purchases: Players who made purchases in the game store will have their items reissued, along with an additional 1,000 overdue Gold and 5 overdue Recruitment Cards. 9️⃣.Fund Purchases: Players who purchased funds during the rollback period will have their funds activated and receive an additional compensation of 2,000 overdue Gold and 3 overdue Recruitment Cards. 1️⃣0️⃣.Alchemy Tech Purchases: Players who purchased Alchemy Tech will have their technology activated and receive additional game resources based on the activation level. 1️⃣1️⃣.General Compensation: To apologize for the inconvenience caused by this rollback, all players will receive a universal compensation of 2,000 Gold and 10 Recruitment Cards.
