Anuncio importante: Plan de compensación por incidente de reversión de datos
Anteriormente les informamos sobre la desafortunada necesidad de revertir nuestros datos de juego debido a daños físicos en nuestros servidores en la nube. Esto revierte todos los datos del juego al estado del 26 de enero de 2024 a las 09:47:10 UTC. Lamentamos profundamente los inconvenientes y la angustia que esto ha causado a nuestros valiosos jugadores.
Como parte de nuestro compromiso con la comunidad y en línea con nuestra promesa SAFU, hemos desarrollado un plan de compensación integral para mitigar el impacto de este incidente. Encuentra los detalles del plan a continuación:
1）Reembolsos por reclutamiento de CAKE: los jugadores que reclutaron usando CAKE durante el período de reversión recibirán un reembolso completo.
2）Reembolsos por creación de gremios: los jugadores que creen gremios durante el período de reversión recibirán un reembolso completo.
3）Transacciones de mercado: los jugadores que participaron en transacciones de mercado y no recibieron sus artículos recibirán un reembolso completo.
4）Reembolsos por compras de Quick AFK: los jugadores que compraron la función Quick AFK durante el período de reversión recibirán un reembolso completo.
5）Compras de Lifetime Card: los jugadores que compraron una lifetime card durante el período de reversión tendrán su tarjeta activada y recibirán una compensación adicional de 1600 de oro.
6）Compras de Logistic War order: los jugadores que compraron Logistic War order tendrán su orden activada y recibirán 4 días de XP como compensación.
7）Stake de CAKE: Los jugadores que depositaron CAKE durante el período de reversión recibirán una compensación equivalente a 72 horas de recursos de stake según su nivel.
8) Compras en la tienda del juego: A los jugadores que realizaron compras en la tienda del juego se les volverán a emitir sus artículos, junto con 1000 de overdue oro adicionales y 5 tarjetas de reclutamiento overdue.
9）Compras de funda: los jugadores que compraron fondos durante el período de reversión tendrán sus fondos activados y recibirán una compensación adicional de 2000 de oro o overdue y 3 tarjetas de reclutamiento overdue.
10）Compras de Alchemy Tech: los jugadores que compraron Alchemy Tech tendrán su tecnología activada y recibirán recursos de juego adicionales según el nivel de activación.
11）Compensación general: para disculparnos por las molestias causadas a los jugadores por esta reversión, todos recibirán una compensación universal de 2000 de oro y 10 tarjetas de reclutamiento.
