Over the past weeks, we have continued and initiated new conversations with venture capital firms and angel investors, with the help of our partners, advisors, and community members. In parallel, we have talked with multiple parties to negotiate a merger or acquisition. Unfortunately, none of these options have provided a viable path forward. Similarly, the community-proposed DAO structure, while much appreciated, does not provide sufficient financial, legal, and operational grounds for continuation. We have explored, pursued, and exhausted all remaining options for ensuring continuation of Triall and utility token TRL. It has now become clear that the funding needed to sustain the company cannot be obtained in a timely manner, leaving us with no other choice than to close down our business and its operations. We will use the coming period to gradually wind down various facets of the Triall business and token infrastructure, as is clarified in more detail in the following messages below.
